Unless otherwise specified, this Site and the Contents thereof are displayed solely for the purpose of promoting CrossPointe Schools OnLine™ products and services available in the United States.  This Site is controlled and operated by CrossPointe Schools OnLine™ from its offices located at 750 S. Orlando Avenue Suite 201B, Winer Park, FL 32789.

Applicable Law and Venue

This Agreement shall be construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to any conflict of law provisions.  Any dispute arising under this Agreement shall be resolved exclusively by the state and federal courts of the State of Florida, Orange County.

Modification and Severability

We reserve the right to make changes to our Site, policies, and these terms and conditions at any time.  If any of these terms and conditions shall be deemed invalid, void or for any reason unenforceable, said terms and conditions shall be deemed severable and shall not affect the validity and enforceability of any remaining terms and conditions.
